Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items sealed in protective packaging (such as gloves) cannot be returned once that seal is broken — this is a standard EU-wide rule for hygiene products.
